Led by Sunday Adeola Aborisade, Esq., the firm draws on over two decades of legal practice across civil and criminal litigation, corporate law, commercial transactions, labour law, intellectual property, taxation, energy law, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
Mr. Aborisade was admitted to practice law in 2003 as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He holds an LL.B from Ogun State University, now Olabisi Onabanjo University, and an LL.M from the University of Ibadan.
Before establishing the firm in October 2010, he served at Adeniyi Akintola SAN & Co., where he rose to become Senior Counsel in Chambers. He has appeared in courts of record across Nigeria, including the Supreme Court, and advises clients on complex contracts, litigation strategy, legal risk, compliance, and transaction review.
